We head to The Gidley in Sydney CBD to try the Grand Sunday Roast - a sumptuous four course meal that offers a double dose of beef with a decadent rib roast centrepiece, cooked low and slow overnight - and a feature steak that changes each month. We then join head chef Corey Riches at the epicentre of Liquid & Larder's operations, the wet and dry age facility located at Alfie's, where beef is prepared in house for all the group's venues - tbone's for Bistecca, sirloins for Alfie's, ribeyes for The Gidley - and all the beautiful trimming that is used to make their award winning burger for The Gidley and The Rover.
