One of NSW's oldest pubs, at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Sydney's west, The Royal Richmond Hotel has community at its core.
The newly renovated venue works with local producers and growers to focus on the community and provide a sense of place.
One of the most unique aspects is the partnership with the University of Western Sydney's Hawkesbury Campus - when possible the pub sources whole beef and lamb carcases from the Uni's farm management program, bred and grown within 1km of the pub.
