The Masterpieces program provides foodservice professionals with education and information about whole of carcase utilisation. Each month, we will celebrate a new primal or cut - looking at its composition and origin on the carcase, global inspiration, menu applications, recipes and more. The program also includes the exciting Masterpieces video series which will feature two chefs in a cooking challenge with the cut from that month.
